A visionary entrepreneur, his career began four decades ago working as a producer and later as a Vice President of Sales at one of the largest communication groups in his home country of Peru. He arrived in the United States in 1999, the same year that Hispanics participated for the first time in the National Census, and in 2002, Hispanic Group was founded. He is passionate about understanding minorities, data-driven insights, and creating a "family-oriented" work culture; constantly searching for methods to increase effectiveness and profitability across all business lines at the agency. A man of faith, he serves as a member of the Prison Ministry of the Archdiocese of Miami.
Hispanic Group’s co-founder and accomplished advertising executive with over 20 years of experience in direct response marketing, his extensive knowledge of the industry has enabled him to spearhead countless successful campaigns, driving growth for a diverse range of clients across various sectors. His leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking have been instrumental in the agency's success.
Partner and Executive Vice President, with over two decades of experience in management, sales, marketing, and advertising, he has led award-winning campaigns for brands such as Xoom, Fox Deportes, DishLATINO, and Discovery, among many others. He has expanded the agency's account portfolio through his expertise and worked on B2B and B2C initiatives for global brands such as Johnson & Johnson, LATAM Airlines, Visa, Adidas, PayPal, Western Union, and Easton Sports. He holds a Master's degree in Sports Marketing and Organization Management from the University of Louvain in Belgium. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, trying new foods, and staying active through sports. He is based in Miami and has three daughters.

She has a passion for driving efficiency at every level of the media consumer journey.
With over two decades of experience in the advertising industry, both in Latin America and the US Hispanic market, she has worked at renowned organizations such as Grey, McCann Erickson, DDB Group, and Samsung, honing her skills as a Senior Account Supervisor at Hispanic Group. She is an expert in utilizing cutting-edge research tools to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
With a unique combination of technical expertise, managerial skills, leadership, and analytical strengths, she has over eighteen years of experience in the US Hispanic, Mexican, and Latin American markets. Constantly learning and challenging herself to stay ahead of the curve, she recently graduated from the Extended Digital Marketing Program at the University of Miami.
